EBA Summer 2017 Conference Call for Presenters

Current EBA members are invited and encouraged to propose presentations for the June 4 - 7, 2017 conference in
Providence, Rhode Island. To be considered for selection, please complete this submission form by April 14, 2017.
 
 
TIMELINE:
 
Friday, April 14, 2017: All presentation proposals must be received by the EBA for consideration.

Friday, April 28, 2017: Notification will be made after selections are determined.

Friday, May 12, 2017: EBA Presenters must be registered in their applicable attendee category to attend the Conference.

Friday, May 12, 2017: Final conference presentation and materials due to EBA.
 

Reminders:

  • Educational sessions are 45-60 minutes in length, with several speakers or a panel discussion making up each session. Proposed presentations should be tailored to be 20 minutes, with time allowed after for audience questions and commentary.
  • Speakers may be scheduled into one of six main sessions for the conference on Monday, June 5, 2017 and Tuesday, June 6, 2017. There may also be opportunities for lunch speakers or moderators. Please indicate any time periods during those days that you cannot be available so that we can plan accordingly.
  • Topics not selected for the EBA June 2017 Conference may also be considered for other EBA educational channels.
