Background
The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) has been invited to make a submission to the Australian Government's Employment White Paper, which aims to build on the outcomes of the Jobs and Skills Summit and provide a roadmap for Australia to build a bigger, better-trained workforce.

As part of our submission, we invite you to share your thoughts and experiences via the quick survey below, so that ACA can accurately represent the views of our members.

If you have more than one service and some are in metro areas and others in regional areas, we encourage you to do the survey twice - once for your metro services and once for your regional services. If you would like each of your services to be represented in the survey, then please repeat the survey for each service.

Please note: Some of the questions below talk to a possible wage increase for early childhood educators. Please rest assured that ACA recognises that any wage increases without government funding would immediately impact affordability for families. ACA's position on wage increases is that the Federal Government must provide the funding, to ensure costs for families do not escalate as a result.
