The Undocumented Student Services (USS) and the Educational Opportunity Programs (EOP) at UCSC would like to invite you to participate in the 540% Extended Orientation that will take place during the week of July 23rd-28th, 2019.
In 2011, students created the 540% Extended Orientation to ease the transition of incoming undocumented students. The EOP, Undocumented Student Services team, has planned various workshops on resources and financial aid, necessary to navigate the university and increase student retention. In addition, the orientation will also include dinners with faculty members and bonding activities to foster a network of students, staff, and faculty. The intern team, composed of current UCSC students, will be available to answer any questions about the campus atmosphere, academics, employment, self-care, etc.
You will have to complete this application in one sitting. Which means once you start you have to complete it all the way through. The application may take 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete, so we recommend that you plan accordingly. While you have the application open, do not close your browser.
