The Brighter Future Awards recognises and rewards housing professionals who have made a significant and lasting difference: to tenants or service users, to their community, colleagues, and profession.
After many years of evolution and becoming an important part of the Australian and New Zealand business community, the Social and Affordable housing sector is looking to support industry professionals into leadership roles that sustain this progress and momentum.
This award recognises Executive level leaders in the sector who have delivered (one of these elements or a combination of) significant organisational value, led substantial organisational change or through their leadership, delivered valuable community and/or sector transformation.
To be considered the following areas should be addressed:
Outline examples of their work that demonstrates the positive impact the nominee has delivered.
Articulate the value generated by their work at the organisation or community level (or both).
Explain how their work and their leadership has enabled their company to meet current market demands and to thrive
Outline how the company is now better prepared to meet the demands of the future.
Have their nomination supported (in writing) by an established business leader (e.g. current CEO or company director) with a clear outline of why the candidates performance is worthy of consideration.
