1.DEPR has arranged for a room block at the Amway Grand Hotel for participants of the EPC and Tribal Health Partners Face to Face meeting for the nights of Sunday May 5 and Monday May 6th prior to the Great Lakes Homeland Security Conference. 

So that we may plan accordingly and release any rooms that we do not expect to fill, please indicate your plans for overnight lodging for the face to face meeting.  Thank you.

I will commute each day to the meeting and do not need lodging

I have already booked my room in the room block

I will be staying at another hotel

I plan to stay at the Amway, but am waiting for approval from my department before I make my reservation
