We are inviting you to provide us with a clinical evaluation of a new SDI self-cure composite restorative that will be launched soon. Your responses will enable SDI to continue innovating and developing safe products with excellent performance for you and your patients.
SURVEY KIT CONTENTS
You received a Premium Stela Kit, especially designed for Key Opinion Leaders, containing:
- 1 x bottle of Stela Primer with microbrush applicators
- 1 x Stela Automix syringe with disposable Stela mixing tips
- 10 x Stela Capsules to be used with a triturator (such as Ultramat 2, SDI) and an applicator (not supplied)
- 1 x Instructions For Use (IFU) in English and Spanish
SURVEY INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Read the instructions for use carefully. To familiarize yourself with product handling and viscosities, test STELA PRIMER, STELA CAPSULE, and STELA AUTOMIX on a mixing pad, before using them on a patient.
STEP 2: Choose one clinical case for STELA PRIMER with STELA CAPSULE and another clinical case for STELA PRIMER with STELA AUTOMIX syringe.
Step 3: Use both presentations on your selected cases, evaluating all aspects of the products' use, as well as the clinical result.
Step 4: Use your favourite finishing/polishing system to sculpt and polish the restoration.
Step 5: Complete this survey
Step 6: For the next clinical cases, we kindly request that you photograph the step, as described in the letter that you received with your Premium Kit. we want to show the world the beautiful restoration you create with Stela.
