Welcome to the 2016 FLAG Flag Football Year-End Survey! We hope everyone had a wonderful season and we'd like to hear all about it. We are continuously exploring opportunities to improve our league. Please take a few minutes to provide us with some feedback on your experience on and off the field. The Board takes your responses very seriously and uses this information to help shape decisions we make throughout year. The success of our league is dependent on your input.
