Extended Care Program 2026-2027

Please complete this survey to indicate your family’s morning and after school care needs.

Our Extended Care Program offers flexible scheduling options to support families who need care before or after the regular school day.

Program Hours:
  • Before School Care: 7:15 AM–8:00 AM
  • After School Care: 3:00 PM–5:30 PM

Please Note: Before School Care and After School Care are not available for high school students.

Key Information:
  • Monthly invoices will be sent through TADS, EPA’s online student and tuition management system used for billing and account information.
  • The first invoice will be sent in mid-August, with regular monthly billing following thereafter.
  • Families may update their schedules during the school year; changes must be submitted one month in advance.
  • Not sure of your needs yet? Extended Care may be added later in the school year based on availability.

Monthly Rate: $75 (August prorated rate: $55)

Monthly Rates:
  • 5-Day Option: $255/month (August prorated rate: $180)
  • 2-Day Option: $130/month (August prorated rate: $98)
