To be eligible the nominee should:
~ Be an executive of the organization (executive is VP or higher at CVB; member of executive committee or GM of a hotel; VP, GM or Executive Director of Convention Center)
~ Support staff participation in ESPA
~ Personally and consistently support quality assurance in the organization’s convention services operations
~ Support staff development, growth and continuing education
