Objectively evaluate the probability of a positive result and return-on-investment in individual coaching and development. This brief instrument is intended to be used as one step in an evaluation process to determine whether the individual currently has the level of awareness and commitment necessary to fully participate in the coaching and development process. Since many factors – individual and organizational - may contribute to the ability of an individual to perform and to fully commit to development goals, it is also intended to support objectivity and overcome possible biases in the evaluation process.
The outcome will place the potential coachee in one of three tiers:
Tier 1 - high probability of significant growth and positive change through leadership coaching Tier 2 - probability of growth and positive change through intervention coaching and mentoring Tier 3 - currently unlikely to experience acceptable level of growth and change from coaching
