~ Be an executive of the organization (executive is VP or higher at CVB; member of executive committee or GM of a hotel; VP, GM or Executive Director of Convention Center)
~ Supports staff participation in ESPA
~ Personally and consistently supports quality assurance in organization’s convention services operations
~ Supports staff development, growth and continuing education
