Introduction & Background

The City of Evansville is beginning an important planning effort to reimagine the former Nelson Painting and Washing property at 170 E. Church Street.

With support from a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) Technical Assistance Grant (TAG) funded through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the City will create a Concept Redevelopment Plan to explore land use scenarios and identify an overall vision for the site.
Why is it important to get my feedback in this survey?
This survey is an important opportunity for community members to contribute their thoughts and opinions related to the redevelopment of the site. Your feedback will help shape community goals and actions within the Plan.

This survey is intended for members of the Evansville community, including anyone who lives, works or shops in the community on a regular basis. The survey should take roughly 8 - 10 minutes to complete; your answers will remain anonymous.
