Please complete this survey to provide feedback on the effectiveness of your Didactic faculty, Simulation faculty, and Problem based facilitators. Note that some of the items for didactic instruction do not apply to PBL or Simulation Instructors. For facilitators and simulation instructors, do not rate the options of "clarity and organization of content presented" and "handouts and materials are up-to-date and clearly organized." Please do not evaluate the same instructor more than once, per course per semester. You may re-open the survey as often as you like, to evaluate the didactic faculty you experience.
