The Erie County Emergency Management Agency is updating its Hazard Mitigation Plan in order to minimize the negative effects from hazards and achieve state/federal regulatory compliance to be eligible for funding.
This survey includes the following set of questions:

- Hazard Priorities - Rate the hazards that might affect the your jurisdiction based on the level of risk they pose to your community.
Note: All Hazards can be scored equally. If you score a hazard as "Do not include" your jurisdiction will not be able to include a mitigation action for that hazard.
