Welcome to our survey for those suffering from or those caring for someone with EoE

EOS Network is gathering evidence about the experiences of people living with Eosinophilic Oesophagitis, including patients, parents, carers and family members. Your responses will help us better understand how EoE affects quality of life, access to care and access to treatments.
There are approved and recommended treatments for EoE, but access can vary depending on where people live and their individual circumstances. By sharing your experience, you will help us build a clearer picture of the current situation and advocate for fairer access to care and treatment.
The findings from this survey will be used to inform a report for healthcare professionals, treatment developers, policymakers and organisations involved in decisions about which treatments should be available, and when.
