Entry Sheet 2021
ONLY ONE ENTRY FORM and ONE SET OF RESEARCH FORMS PER PROJECT
Entry Fee - $50 per entry unless school has affiliated with OSEF.
Entry deadline - February 1, 2021
A $50 late fee will be assessed for any entries received after February 1, 2021.
Each project is required to submit ISEF forms to the OSEF Office by the registration deadline. These forms include but are not limited to:
Form 1 - Checklist for Adult Sponsor
Form 1A - Student Checklist / Research Plan
Form 1B - Approval Form
Depending upon the research project, additional forms may be required. Please refer to https://student.societyforscience.org/intel-isef-forms for complete information.
