We know that there are a lot of different events in the Kalamazoo Region and each require some type of "application." We know it can be a little frustrating, but we hope that you take a minute to share your group with us.
At KELC Events, we manage a number of events that require musicians, entertainers, artists, and crowd engagers. This form is designed to help us learn more about you and your band or group. And, the information you share on this form, will help us leverage your talents at our event(s). Even if you are signing up for one event, there might be others that we would also like to hire you to perform. This form is specifically designed to connect you to entertainment at: The Farmer's Market, Festival Fridays, Food Truck Rallies, and New Year's Fest.
As you complete this form, you will see that there are opportunities to sign up for various events. This is not necessarily an inclusive listing because we add events to our schedule. This is why it is great to add your information to our listing. Some events are very small and the budget to pay is limited. For these small budgeted events, entertainers can supplement the stipend and collect tips (and we promote and encourage people to tip). And, other events have a budget. So, the payment is based on budget allocation and number of people who attend.
