Enrollment Forms received between February 1st and April 1st, 2013 will be included in the school year 2013-2014 lottery. Enrollment Forms received after April 1st, 2013 will be added to the post-lottery waitlist.
This form ONLY applies to KIPP West Philadelphia Preparatory Charter School (KWPP).
KWPP will serve grades 5-8 in school year 2013-2014. We are now accepting Enrollment Forms for grades 5 and 6 only.
ABOUT US:
KWPP is a free public charter school. Any student living in Philadelphia may enroll. If we receive more Enrollment Forms than available seats, we will hold a random lottery in mid April to determine who will be admitted. Families will be notified in late April whether they have been selected or waitlisted.

Complete this online Enrollment Form. Paper enrollment forms may be downloaded from our website or picked-up from our school's main office.
