As you may know, the City of Chicago requires the disclosure of gas and electricity costs when residential properties are sold or leased.
In July 2013, MRED created a one-of-a-kind seamless, online process to comply with the City’s Energy Cost Disclosure Ordinance. MRED’s Energy eCompliance fields make it possible for agents to automatically populate energy costs into a connectMLS listing with just a few mouse clicks.
