Eligibility Requirements: Any organization is eligible to apply; project work must take place in Michigan.

Funding Amount: Maximum $200,000 per applicant, applicants must provide a minimum 25% match.

Applicant certifies they are authorized to negotiate and bind the applicant to the provisions listed in this application.

Applicant agrees that all work will be performed following all applicable Federal and State rules and regulations, as well as local ordinances.

Applicant understands that this application is not a guarantee of funding. Funding is subject to availability on a first come, first served basis until funding is depleted.

Applicant understand that they will be notified of the funding decision by email. Funds will be dispersed only on a reimbursement basis. Should the applicant organization be funded, they agree to submit a payment request within 30 days of project completion, that includes proper backup documentation, and includes a brief final summary of the completed project.

Project(s) must be complete by September 30, 2021 (unless otherwise approved).

State of Michigan reserves the right to award a different amount than the requested amount.

If awarded, applicant agrees to benchmark its building(s) using ENERGYSTAR Portfolio Manager and share the data with State of Michigan (if applicable).
