Endeavour EBA Protected Industrial Action - Gauging Member Interest

Protected Industrial Action is the way in which employees can pursue their claims in bargaining.

Industrial action may include going on strike or imposing work bans. When Industrial Action such as strike action is taken employees are not paid.

In order for the industrial action to be protected there is a process that must be undertaken, part of which requires our union to make an application to the FWC for a Protection Industrial Action Ballot. This can be a lengthy process and we are wanting to gauge members interests now.
