EnableNSW SASH Home Modifications Program Evaluation

Since 2018 the EnableNSW SASH Home Modifications (HM) Program has assisted 800 people with minor and major home modifications to help them manage their health condition safely at home. Unfortunately funding for this program has not been allocated beyond 30 June 2021.

Despite this outcome we are still encouraging therapists to submit feedback and evaluation of completed modifications, as this might be useful for future discussions.
