Introduction
Survey Objective:
The 1000 Islands Region Workforce Development Board is calling on employers like you to help us better understand the workforce issues and challenges facing your business. The EmployerOne survey is designed to collect information from you on a range of issues including projected vacancies, hiring intentions, recruitment strategies and challenges, as well as your perspective on candidate skills, education and training. After analysis, the data is compiled and released to schools, community partners, government agencies and the public so that they may see the characteristics of the local labour market.
