SMFM Emerging Leaders Program Application 2022-2023 |
The goal of the (ELP) is to develop a pipeline of diverse, inclusive, and representative leaders to ultimately participate in the leadership activities of SMFM.
Criteria for applicants:
Must be 3-7 years after completion of an MFM fellowship program
Must have an interest in developing leadership skills
Must be a current member of SMFM
If selected to participate as an Emerging Leader, you must be able to participate in two in-person ELP events that are likely to take place on Monday, June 6-Wednesday, June 8, 2022, and mid-October 2022.
On the application, you will see questions designed to gather demographic data to better understand the diversity of the applicants as enhanced diversity in our leadership is one of the key purposes of the ELP. We appreciate you taking the time to complete that information.
Notifications regarding your acceptance to the program are expected by Friday, March 26, 2022.
