CREW Boston Emerging Professionals Program Application

Welcome!

The CREW Boston Emerging Professionals Program introduces undergraduate students who identify as women to the exciting and rewarding field of commercial real estate through professional development, networking, industry exposure, and meaningful engagement with CREW Boston.

Eligibility
  • Undergraduate student enrolled at an accredited New England college or university
  • Identifies as a woman
  • Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate

Program Benefits

As a participant in the Emerging Professionals Program, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Attend select CREW Boston educational, networking, and signature events, including our six monthly luncheon programs.
  • Register for eligible CREW Boston events at the member rate.
  • Participate in exclusive Emerging Professionals programming, including professional development workshops, networking events, industry panels, and/or career-focused sessions.
  • Build relationships with commercial real estate professionals and fellow students from colleges and universities across New England.
  • Join a supportive peer cohort designed to foster collaboration, learning, and career exploration.
Please note: Emerging Professionals receive access to CREW Boston local programming and benefits only. The program does not include CREW Network membership, a CREWbiz profile, or national member benefits.

Annual Program Commitment Fee

A $25 annual commitment fee is required.

Program Timeline

Applications are accepted year-round. Accepted students are placed into either the Fall cohort (beginning in October) or Spring cohort (beginning in March), depending on when their application is received. Applications received on or before September 30 will be considered for the Fall cohort. Applications received after September 30 will be placed in the Spring cohort.

Spring cohort participants will receive access to recorded program content from the Fall cohort to help them get up to speed before participating in live programming.

The CREW Boston program year runs from August 1 through July 31. To remain in the Emerging Professionals Program, participants must confirm their continued interest annually and submit the annual $25 commitment fee.
