Survey Questions

The City of South Fulton is committed to serving our residents. That is why we created an Emergency Management Taskforce  (COSF EMT) to respond to significant weather events within City limits after the tornado damaged the Chestnut Ridge Subdivision.

The purpose was to provide support to families and individuals impacted by these significant events and to connect them with the necessary resources.  Now, we are seeking to expand our support of South Fulton residents even further by offering relief in the form of a Resident Emergency Response Grant.

We need your help in determining how we might develop criteria for such a grant for our citizens.

Please take this brief survey. Your input is valuable to us.
