Thrive Elmira: Help Shape Our City’s Future
City of Elmira Comprehensive Plan Update
Open House Survey
Welcome! The City of Elmira is updating its Comprehensive Plan through Thrive Elmira, and we want to hear from you.
A Comprehensive Plan is a roadmap for the City’s future. It establishes a shared community vision and helps guide decisions about housing, neighborhoods, businesses, transportation, parks, community services, and future development. Your input will help identify priorities and actions to improve quality of life in Elmira.
About this survey
This survey is a digital version of the public input activities offered at the City’s first Comprehensive Plan open house. It provides an opportunity to share your thoughts even if you were unable to attend.
How to participate
Please follow the instructions for each question, including how many responses to select. When asked about a location, identify a street, intersection, neighborhood, landmark, or specific property so we can understand where you mean. There are no right or wrong answers. We want to understand your experiences and priorities.
Your responses will be considered alongside open house feedback and other community input to help shape the updated Comprehensive Plan.
Thank you for helping shape Elmira’s future!
