You are invited to the Elmira City School District Good Life Challenge Kickoff Event on January 7th, 2025, in the Administrative Board room at Washington Ave.

During the event, Registered Dietitian and Wellness Consultant, Jen Nguyen will provide a detailed overview of the 10-day challenge, including tips, tricks, and skills for eating and cooking MIND Diet or whole-food plant-based meals. Sweet Pea will also provide a freshly prepared sampler including WFPB and MIND snacks for you to enjoy during the presentation.

This event operates on a first-come, first-served basis and can host up to 50 ECSD employees, so register now to secure your spot and select your preferred meal for the event.
