Online Housing Needs Survey

The City of El Monte is updating the Housing Element of our General Plan.  The Housing Element outlines our housing policies, goals, and programs, as well as opportunities for new housing over the next eight years.  The feedback provided in this housing survey will help inform and plan for the future of housing in El Monte. This survey will gather community feedback on housing preferences, needs, and future housing opportunities in the City. Survey respondents will remain anonymous. This is the first step in the ongoing community engagement process associated with the update of the City’s Housing Element. Companion tasks include focused General Plan updates relating to the Public Safety Element to comply with State legislation. Thank you for participating! If you would like to be more involved with the City’s Housing Element Update, or stay up-to-date and notified of updates to the Housing Element process, please visit the City's website: http://elmonteca.gov/644/7062/CITY-OF-EL-MONTE-2021-2029-HOUSING-ELEME
