Take our survey on Design Standards for El Dorado Hills!The County is embarking on an effort to create design standards for multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial development in El Dorado Hills to reflect its unique visual character and architectural feel. The El Dorado Hills Design Standards and Guidelines document aims to:
- Protect community character
- Promote economic activity
- Expand housing affordability
- Provide predictable building and design standards and guidelines that meet community expectations
NOTE: The El Dorado Design Standards and Guidelines will only apply to multi-family residential, mixed use, and commercial development. The design of single family homes will not be impacted by this process.Feedback received from this survey will be used by the County to draft the El Dorado Hills Design Standards and Guidelines document to ensure the project reflects the priorities and preferences of the community.
