Light Post Upgrade Survey

The following survey can be completed by one person (per family or household) for a $20 Gift Card of your choice” (limited to the first 20 participants).

The City of Eureka is taking part in a research project to install new high-efficiency LED parking and trail lighting that is powered by solar and batteries and still works if the power goes out. The funding comes from the California Energy Commission and the team making the project happen is Redwood Energy and EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute). We want to know your thoughts about the current lighting situation at this location.
This survey is specific to the walkable section of the Waterfront Trail north of Old Town and the public parking area at 1011 Waterfront Drive in Eureka, CA.
