I am applying to receive a complimentary copy of From Nose to Tail: An Educator’s Toolkit consisting of a bound copy of From Nose to Tail: Lessons to Inspire Care and Compassion for Dogs and the two paired humane picture books. If The Humane Society of the United States (The HSUS) provides me with a toolkit, I will begin actively using it with elementary students prior to the conclusion of the next school year following my receipt of the materials. If I am unable to do so, I will mail it back to The HSUS at 700 Professional Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20879, ATTN: Puppy Mills Campaign. I further understand that if I am provided with a toolkit, The HSUS may contact me to request that I provide basic information regarding my use and impressions of the kit. I will comply with such requests by The HSUS in a reasonably timely manner.
