About the Cohort
The Respect & Responsibility Educator Cohort will provide an eight-month opportunity to grapple with Jewish texts, allowing organizations to think about their responsibilities and inspire them to live their values. The educator cohort will receive training and materials from our Jewish tradition on sexual harassment and other abuses of power in order to establish readiness for creating cultures of safety and respect.

About the Cohort
The Respect & Responsibility Educator Cohort will provide an eight-month opportunity to grapple with Jewish texts, allowing organizations to think about their responsibilities and inspire them to live their values. The educator cohort will receive training and materials from our Jewish tradition on sexual harassment and other abuses of power in order to establish readiness for creating cultures of safety and respect.
As a cohort participant, you will:
- Explore ideas to build readiness at your organization for future cultural change work around harassment, sexual abuse, and other institutional abuses of power in your organization.
- Engage with peers who are also working with the study guide materials.
- Learn to facilitate discussions based on Jewish texts and traditions that support us to align our organizational values as we cultivate safer and more respectful organizations.
- Facilitate at least three text-based learning sessions in your community using materials from the Study Guide or inspired by your cohort learning.
- Receive a stipend of $500 towards hosting at least three conversations in your community.
The cohort will run for eight months, from November 2022 - June 2023.
