Your MLS® System is one of your most valuable resources and ensuring errors are corrected keeps the data clean and useful for all Members and their clients. Agent-reported errors using the “Report an Error” function is integral to this process.

Reported errors will only be actioned if they are in violation of a PropTx MLS® Rule. If you are unsure if there is a rule violation, here is a link to the PropTx MLS® Rules.

Professional Standards staff are only permitted to process data errors for Members and listings belonging to the following Eastern Boards: KAREA, OREB, RCREB, RSLREB.
