Thank you for your interest in providing feedback on the three-month pilot restrictions at SE 16th St/108th Ave SE and SE 16th St/Bellevue Way. While the pilot is intended to discourage evening commuter traffic from using some neighborhood streets to access Bellevue Way during East Link construction on Bellevue Way and 112th Avenue SE,  we understand that the restrictions also impact residents who live in the area. 

During the pilot, the City will evaluate traffic volumes, coordinate with Police enforcement, and gather community feedback. We will share your comments with the community Neighborhood Traffic Mitigation Committee (NTMC) to help it and the city determine whether the pilot remains past the three-month trial period.
