Tips and Suggested Timeline

On the next few pages you will find specific instructions and tips to complete 2017 Early Bird registration for your troops so your girls can receive all the benefits of getting ready for next year early.
2017 Early Bird registration is open until June 24th at midnight.

To avoid having problems at the last minute, using the timeline below is suggested:

Now    -   May 9          Get yourself and at least one other adult volunteer registered for 2017 and confirm the background checks are   up to date
May 9 -   May 15         Make sure your girls information is up to date and re-register at least 50% of them but at 5
                                    Complete the Early Bird Survey   
May 15 - May 22         Organize your troops financial records, separating expenses and income by date
May 15 - Jun 15          Complete and submit your online EOY financial report to allow time for checking
