Logistics & Requirements

Provided by the event: Standard 6-foot table, 2 chairs. Spots with electrical access are limited, please only request electrical access if your display requires electricity. Come with your devices fully charged -- but there will be an exhibitor lunch/break room where you can charge phones, tablets, etc. if needed.

12.No giveaways should be brought to the exhibit area in order to keep the students hands free to participate. If you do have giveaways or handouts (plan for 1,000 students), they must be provided by October 1, 2025. They will be added to the student's take-home bag. We will coordinate with you based on your choice below:

We are planning for two attendees per table with lunch/snacks provided. If you have additional staff or a rotation of staff, they must be registered in advance below. Specific names can be added closer to the event if needed, but please provide an accurate number of staff for food planning.
