Provided by the event: Standard 6-foot table, 2 chairs. Spots with electrical access are limited, please only request electrical access if your display requires electricity. Come with your devices fully charged -- but there will be an exhibitor lunch/break room where you can charge phones, tablets, etc. if needed.

If you do have giveaways or handouts (plan for 1,000 students), they must be provided by October 1, 2025. They will be added to the student's take-home bag.
