Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at our conference. Please note the completion and submission of this form indicates interest only. Space is limited in the Exhibitor area and submission does not guarantee placement.
If you plan to be a “sponsor” of the conference, please do not complete this form. Instead, email conference@namica.org and inquire about the specific sponsorship opportunities that include a reserved exhibitor space.
EXHIBIT SPACE
The exhibit space will be in the foyer of the Hotel FERA Anaheim (a Doubletree by Hilton) near the ballroom where keynote sessions and meals will take place. This prime location will put exhibitors at the heart of the conference, offering excellent opportunities to connect with attendees. Each exhibit space includes a 6-ft table covered in linen tablecloth and 2 chairs.
While the exhibit space will be open throughout the exhibit hours listed below, please note that traffic will slow during plenary and concurrent sessions. We will encourage attendees to visit the exhibits whenever they can throughout the conference.

I understand that Wi-Fi, AV, and electrical outlets are provided by the conference venue, not NAMI California, and may incur additional charges.

If selected to be an Exhibitor, I agree to comply with all conference guidelines including the NAMI CA Code of Conduct.

If selected, I agree on behalf of the above-named organization to hold harmless NAMI California and the Hotel FERA Anaheim (A Doubletree by Hilton), and their agents and employees, for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation by the above-named organization and the above-named conference to be held on October 8 and 9, 2026.
