We would like to ask you a few questions about Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). The Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) will soon replace timesheets with this new time recording tool. EVV is a telephonic and computer-based system that documents the precise time worked by your employees. EVV not only replaces timesheets, but also eliminates the need to fax them to Allied. New federal rules require electronic visit time recording beginning January 2020, and EVV will become a condition of employment for your employees. Your answers will help DSS and Allied to better understand what you need to successfully use EVV in the future.
