Introduction

It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the Pitching Competition for Innovative Digital Solutions for an Accessible Europe, held on the occasion of the upcoming sixth edition of the Regional Forum, “Accessible Europe: ICT4ALL”, to be held on 2-3 December 2025 in Brussels, Belgium. The Forum is organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the European Commission (EC), with the support of key European stakeholders.

Your organization is kindly invited to submit the projects meeting the criteria of this pitching competition. Eligible projects will be published in the Accessible Europe website (itu.int/go/EUR_ICT4ALL) and further disseminated within the European ICT stakeholder community.

After an initial screening based on eligibility criteria, selected candidates will have the opportunity to present their innovative technological approaches in person at the Regional Forum, where a public vote will be held to recognize the most impactful solutions. The second day of the event will conclude with a ceremony to celebrate and award the competition's exceptional winners.

Upon receiving submissions, preliminary screening will be conducted to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and the accuracy of the information provided. All participants of this competition are invited to attend the ITU–EC Forum for Europe “Accessible Europe: ICT4ALL” in Brussels, Belgium, from 2-3 December 2025. Please note that selected candidates will be obliged to be present in person.

Only submissions received before 01 November 2025 23:59 CEST (UTC+2) will be considered.

Kindly note that there is no submission fee. However, all travel, accommodation, and related expenses for attending the Forum will be borne by the competitors.
