Thank you for participating in the City of Eureka's Youth Council 2022 Survey. This survey is meant for youth ages 13 to 19, living in or attending school in the greater Eureka, CA area. Please try to answer this survey honestly.
 
The purpose of this anonymous survey is to collect current information on local youths' mental health & well-being; their economic, environmental & social concerns; and what resources & opportunities youth believe are available and most used to meet the basic (survival), extracurricular, and recreational needs of their generation.
 
The collected information will help frame an understanding of how youth currently live, learn, work, & play in our community, and what could be improved or implemented to provide a higher quality of life in the city. Thank You.
