ESW Application Form

Students who have a disability may require additional support whilst studying in Trinity. Further information on the ESW service, job descriptions and rates of pay can be found on our website: http://www.tcd.ie/disability/services/educational-support/

The Disability Service annually recruits Educational Support Workers (ESWs) based on student needs. We primarily recruit from the Trinity postgraduate community. If you wish to apply and be included on the ESW panel, please complete this application form.

The information in this form will be kept for record purposes in the Disability Service only, and information will be recorded on the ESW database. Each academic term, when exact needs are assessed, applicants with the skills that meet students' needs will be contacted to meet for interview for suitable roles. The nature of the supports are student focused and while a need may not arise for all supports offered by you at the start of the academic year, specific requests may occur over the course of the year and you may be contacted as these arise. Please note it is a requirement to be Trinity Garda Vetted if you are selected to be on the ESW panel.
