Online Booking procedure
  • Applications should be submitted online or sent by email to the Sponsorship and Exhibition Manager.
  • Applications will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The booker will receive a confirmation of the booking by email and will benefit from a retraction delay of 2 days (for a commercial company) or of 7 days (for non-for-profit associations).
  • After this and in the absence of a written cancellation request sent by email to the ESSO 39 Secretariat, the booking will be approved.
  • The invoice will be issued by the ESSO 39 Secretariat and sent, by email, to the booking company, within 1 week following the official confirmation, along with the payment procedure.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.

All stand packages of 9 m2 includes:
  • 2 exhibitors’ badges
  • Backwall with printing of branding (images supplied by exhibitor) and lights, counter with company logo (supplied by exhibitor), two chairs and electricity cable (*electricity connection must be ordered separately)
  • 100-word company/product profile in the exhibitor section of the congress mobile App
  • Logo on congress website with link to the company website
  • Company name on acknowledgment signage

Invoicing details
By submitting below I agree to the invoicing conditions:
  • Only one invoice address may be used. If an invoice is subsequently requested using a different address, a EUR 50 administrative fee will be charged.
  • All invoices must be settled in full by the payment date indicated on the invoice (30 days) or before the start of the congress should this date fall first.
  • In the event that an invoice remains unpaid after a settlement date, ESSO 39 reserves the right to deny access to the congress.
