The Executive Service Corps (ESC) is a program of the Covestro Center for Community Engagement and the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management at Robert Morris University that mobilizes volunteers to consult, facilitate, and train for nonprofit organizations.

The Bayer Center's mission is to provide effective and practical management and governance tools, information, education, and research that strengthen nonprofit missions and multiply all investments of time, talent, and money in regional nonprofit organizations. The Covestro Center builds mutually beneficial relationships between nonprofits and companies.

ESC volunteers assist in fulfilling this mission by expanding the reach of the Bayer and Covestro Centers into smaller nonprofits, as well as new areas of expertise. Thank you for filling out this form to help us understand your skills, interests, and background.
