The information collected below will be used to:
  1. Determine which candidates will be invited to participate in an interview, and if the candidate will be included on the Recommended Slate,
  2. For candidates included on the Recommended Slate, to create a short bio for presentation to the Membership at the Annual General Meeting, and
  3. If elected as a Director, the bio will be placed on the Edmonton Sport Council's website with that of other Directors at www.edmontonsport.com/who_we_are/board_of_directors.
  4. The bio may also be used in the Annual Report as submitted to the City of Edmonton.
