Risk managers can easily become overwhelmed with the idea of implementing the enterprise risk management (ERM) model. But it is important to remember, this is not about a new project or initiative— ERM implementation is about transformational change. It takes an entire organization, supported by senior leadership, to migrate from a traditional risk management model to enterprise risk management.
