The Erie County Department of Health and County Executive Kathy Dahlkemper are working in conjunction with Stevens Strategic Communications, a medium-sized public relations firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, to conduct a study to determine how to best communicate COVID-19-related health and safety messages to underserved populations.

In this capacity, we are seeking feedback from the public to ensure voices from all parts of Erie County are heard.

Our goal is to overcome potential communication barriers in an effort to hone COVID-19 messaging to most effectively educate and inform all Erie County residents about news and available resources surrounding the coronavirus while promoting healthy behaviors.
