Equestrian Queensland (EQ) invites members, clubs, coaches, officials, volunteers and the wider equestrian community to provide feedback on our proposed Strategic Plan 2026–2030.
Our five-year Strategic Plan outlines our vision for the future of equestrian sport in Queensland, from grassroots participation through to high-performance pathways, as we work towards Brisbane 2032 and beyond.
Aligned with Equestrian Australia's Nationally Aligned Strategy, the plan focuses on three key strategic pillars:
- Strong Foundations – Strengthening governance, integrity, horse welfare, financial sustainability and member experience.
- Sustainable Growth – Growing participation, supporting clubs, improving facilities and building a sustainable future for our sport.
- Excellence in Performance – Developing athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers through clear pathways, education and opportunities.
We want to ensure our Strategic Plan reflects the priorities, needs and aspirations of Queensland's equestrian community.
