As you may know, Easthampton is currently undertaking a strategic planning process to establish goals and develop a strategy for the coming years. We’re doing this with the support of a local consulting firm, Strategy Matters.
The opportunities and challenges facing the district are complex, so it will be important to develop a thoughtful approach to navigating them. This is where you come in. By taking this survey, you will contribute your own perspectives and insights to this process, and help guide EPS decisions in the years ahead.
The Strategy Matters consulting team will keep your responses confidential and will share information from the survey in aggregate only. We may share phrases or quotes without attribution, only if we are certain they can’t be linked back to you.
