Participation in this survey is anonymous by default. You are not required to provide your name or any contact details in order to submit comments. Providing contact details is entirely optional.
Any contact information you voluntarily provide will be used solely to request clarification of your comments, if necessary.
Your responses will be used exclusively for the preparation of a consolidated epi contribution to the Guidelines consultation. They will not be published in an identifiable form and will not be shared with third parties beyond the relevant epi bodies involved in the consultation process.
Personal data, if provided, will be handled in accordance with applicable data‑protection requirements and will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
